PRERADA DRVETA S.E.P. d.o.o.

This production is organized in ‚‚PRERADA DRVETA S.E.P.‚‚ that is located in Prva Kutina 11 km far away from the center of Nis. Size of the place is 3,8ha and it is completely equipped with infrastructure, and it is just beside the road Niš-Gadžin Han.

Woodprocessing, especially beech, is being processed in objects total size 2700sqm in these entities:

PRIMARY PROCESSING is located in 650sqm big object. There is a complete equipment installed for log cutting. The capacity of the line is 1200m3 logs per month in two work shifts.

THERMAL PROCESSING consists of steaming and drying of various elements. Capacity is 600m3 of beech elements per turn. The whole process is completely automated.

PARQUET AND BRIQUET PRODUCTION is located in sepparate hall and it is possible to produce 4000sqm of parquet per month and 144okg of briquets per day.

PRODUCTION OF WIDE-LENGTH BOARDS is in separate hall of size 720sqm, that is air conditioned. Installing of the equipment is completely finished in last quarter of 2011. and the equipment was bought from the well konown producers (WEINING, TAYLOR, TIMESAVERS). Complete line has a capacity of 250m3 per month in two work shifts. The aim of boards is to make massive furniture and other needs in building industry. Boards dimensions are:

PELLETS PRODUCTION from the sawdust made in woodprocessing is planned to be located in existin hall of 290sqm. The equipment that is going to be installed provides production of 330t of pellets per month.

In the factory there are boiler chamber which provides hot water and technological steam for drying chambers for wood, drying chambers for fruit and vegetables, nad room heating. As a fuel it is used wood waste, and it is automated process.
There are more than enough of raw materials near the factory, in radius of 60km.

It is planned to start the production of the massive boards furniture because complete infrastructure already exists.
